Registration and Fee
Participants must be 18 years or older.
Registration for the International Summer School begins on January 15th. All forms and documents will be available on the website at that time. The International Summer School 2017 is fully booked. Sorry, registrations are no longer possible.
How do I register?
Download the form “Registration” (available from January 15, 2017). Fill in your information and return it by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. There will be a reply and further information within a few days.* If you are accepted to participate in the International Summer School, you will have three weeks to pay the course fee (€ 670,-) by bank transfer and turn in further documents (copy of your passport or other ID, copy of the bank transfer receipt, form “Accommodation Reservation”). All forms and information, including bank details, will be sent to you in the letter of acceptance.
Once all documents and the course fee have been received, participants receive written confirmation by post together with all information concerning the organization and the events of the course, accommodation, etc. Please find further helpful hints for your travel planning at “Getting to and arrival in Heidelberg” and “Frequently Asked Questions - FAQ”.
The fee for the International Summer School is € 670.
Any bank transfer fee must be met by the participant. In the case of withdrawal after 1st July, the registration fee (€ 110) will be withheld.
The Summer School fee covers:
15th June, 2017 or if the course is filled to capacity (500).

* In order to ensure the Summer School’s international profile, the percentage of participants from one country is limited. There is no entitlement to participation in the International Summer School.
